This £60 bit of kit has been a complete Gamechanger for Productivity!

I recently inherited a giant, 5 foot Whiteboard. It's a Game Changer! I bought it for my daughter for her A level study (her request - I wouldn't have thought of it) and she left it behind when she went to Uni in September.

I'm usually a notebook girl - I have a huge collection of Moleskine notebooks (the spacing and paper is just perfect - right?), but - THE PAGES. At any given moment what's in my head is HUGE and the Whiteboard was just sitting there, looking at me.

So I've had an idea for a while - an evergreen, really supportive value package that I can gift for free, to anyone thinking about running an online business, or wanting to simplify their tech and business processes.  I've used Kajabi for about 7 years now and it's the BEST tool - before that I had bits of Websites here, blogs there, emails somewhere else, and when I switched to Kajabi I was so happy that everything was in one place I wanted to share.  So I started teaching, supporting and mentoring, and helping others to set up their tech so that they can get on with the day to day of delivering what they love without the tech headache.

BUT - it's overwhelming. If you're a Yoga teacher, a Health Coach, a Nutritionist, a Driving Instructor, a Photography teacher or whatever, THAT's what you want to teach.  So I help people by recommending (in my opinion) the best platform, so that they can deliver Courses, Coaching, Podcasts, Blogs, Emails, Community areas etc, but I know what happens when they sign up and sign in.

They freeze.

Where to start?

Then, if they're anything like me, they fiddle around for a bit, watch a few videos, get overwhelmed and go off to make a cuppa or walk the dog.

So back to the Whiteboard.

First of all I created a Guide - 'How to Build your Business With Kajabi' (You can download it for free HERE). It's simple and has a 10 step Blueprint for Success - the 10 key things to do in Kajabi, so that people can see if it's where they're at or not.

Then I created a course. A comprehensive 10 step course with Videos and Downloads to actually hand hold someone through their FREE 30 DAY KAJABI TRIAL. This one has a small cost (£7) because when you pay for something, you've got skin in the game.

Then I created email campaigns surround both offers - the first, for the free guide, promoting the £7 upgrade and listing the benefits, and the second, a timed sequence to walk the reader through exactly what to do, day by day, so that they can truly make the most of the 30 day trial.

But I couldn't have done it without the humble Whiteboard.  What that board did for me was enabled me to get clarity and see the process without having to leaf through pages of notebooks, or even worse, get it straight out of my head.

The investment? £60. But it got my daughter 3 A levels and for my referees, tremendous value and help for them to make the absolute best of the trial.
